Having a balanced diet is probably one of the hardest things in my life. I enjoy eating healthy but love to splurge once in a while. I am sure you know by now that wine is definitely a part of my meals. If you are looking to have some healthy hot chocolate this winter this might be the perfect recipe for you!

This next recipe is one I love for the winter especially during the cold months, I experience up at school in Providence! With this recipe you don’t have to feel guilty because there is no dairy and there is only natural sweetener! Hope you enjoy my vegan coconut hot Chocolate:)
Food is Good F.I.G.
Vegan Coconut Milk Hot Chocolate
2 Cups of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of all natural cocoa powder (unsweetened)
2 tablespoons of agave
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
Heat up coconut milk in a small sauce pan, and bring to simmer.
Add in coco, agave and vanilla then whisk.
Serve with coconut flakes, agave and or vegan whipped cream !
