A Wardrobe To Die For

The bad news is, time flies. The good news is, you are the pilot!

This saying is on point with the week that I am having. I don't really know how I manage to do everything I do, but the good news is GIN will be leaving for a mini vacation in less than a week. Don't worry, I won't abandon you just because I am going on vacation. This doesn't mean that I will not keep you posted. Speaking of vacations, I can't believe its been almost three weeks since I was in NYC. Luckily I am on my way there today one last time before the year ends.

Yves Saint Laurent & Georgio Armani  gowns were only a few of the designers in Jacqueline de Ribes wardrobe. When traveling, I research in advance fashion exhibitions that will be showing in museums. Last time I visited NYC, The Metropolitan Museum of Art was showcasing Jacqueline de Ribes closet. A girl can only dream to have such exquisite pieces.

Jaqueline de Ribes is a French aristocrat, fashion icon and designer. She has been a member of the International Best Dressed List since 1962. Not only is she an inspiration as a professional but has been distinguished in the fashion industry for decades.

I came very close to some of the most stunning couture dresses I have ever seen. It was interesting to learn all about the balls Jacqueline has attended. I would definitely travel back in time if I could just witness such festivities.

Until my next topic...

XOXO

GIN
