I hope you are all enjoying your Holidays with whoever you choose to celebrate them!
As I mentioned before, in Puerto Rico there are a few traditions this time of the year. One of them is enjoying delicious lechón. People from all over the island travel during the holidays with their friends and family to food kiosks in Guavate. They hop from one kiosk to another indulging in delicious food and day drinking.

Coquito Recipe!
1 Egg
1 can of Coco Lopez
1 can of Condensed Milk
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 cup of Don Q Rum
*mix all ingredients in a blender and keep refrigerated
Serve with a dash of cinnamon
